  • Building the right team is rarely easy and it takes the right network and expertise to secure the right talent. Our recruitment approach is relationship and referral driven. We have connections built from 10 years of networking, relationship building and headhunting experience. Clients hire through us because of our extensive talent pool and our access to passive, harder to find candidates.

  • We will manage the recruitment process for you from start to finish; from identifying candidates to arranging interviews, to salary negotiations, to contract review and to reference checks. In this way, your work isn’t interrupted by recruitment tasks and you may even save cost on job advertising.

  • We support various financial firms on their hiring needs and so we have insight into who is hiring and how your competitors are compensating/rewarding their people.

  • Having worked in larger agencies, we recognise that it becomes challenging to prioritise on every client account, especially when you have a high volume of clients to deliver to. We make our clients feel prioritised, simply because we don’t have the same volume of clients as larger agencies. We’re also not tied down with operational process or corporate activities so we can fully focus on delivering to your hiring needs.

  • Large corporate agencies tend to have rigid processes that are difficult for their consultants to deviate from. E.g. They may have to wait for senior management approval for certain terms/clauses to be agreed. We don’t have this problem, we can be flexible with our terms and we can tell you right away what we can and can’t do.

We offer permanent recruitment services only. We charge a one-off fee per successful placement. Fee is a % of the placed candidate’s annual base salary.
